We have a Viner custom measuring
jig in our Fitting Studio which allows us to measure you precisely
for your perfect fitting custom made Viner frame.
Delivery of a Mitus or Perfecta
frame will take 4-5 weeks. The custom-tubed Maxima takes longer to
make and there will be a wait of 6-7 weeks.

Viner Maxima

The
Viner Maxima is in a class of its own. It's the chance to
experience the ride of your dreams - one that even the
professionals don`t get close to.
The world`s only true custom
carbon bike, every Maxima is hand built individually to
specific client requirements. To begin with, rider
height, weight and riding style are taken into account.
Next, we consider what the bike will be used for - sportifs,
road races, criteriums and so on. Are you a sprinter, a
climber or rouleur? Because this informs the balance of
rigidity, comfort and responsiveness we build in, thus the
frame`s distinctive characteristics.
We then weave the tubes of
the main triangle to bring about the desired result.
Carbon lugs are individually hand made and mitred according to
the precise geometries of each frame. The rear triangle
is bonded into place, and the whole thing is lovingly hand
finished and painted.
With tubing up to 5 times
stronger than traditional tubesets found in the marketplace,
and using the highest grade commercial carbon available, a
Maxima is constructed without compromise. 100% hand made
in Italy, and can be built with integrated seat post,
oversized headset and BB30 bottom bracket.

Mitus

The
Viner Mitus Plus is built using Toray T900 unidirectional
carbon fibre, made exclusively for Viner by Dedacciai.
The tubes are first cut and mitred by hand, then wrapped and
shaped. This provides high torsion rigidity,
responsiveness and precise handling, as well as complete
control over the ride characteristics of the bike.
With precisely designed
tubes and subtly balanced geometry, ordering a Mitus Plus made
to measure means the frame can be further adapted to suit your
riding style and ambitions. It comes with a Dedacciai
Black Wave fork, adding to the highly responsive steering. |

Perfecta

Viner Perfecta shares the same DNA as it`s big brothers the
Mitus and Maxima.
Using
rounded tubes of T700 high modulus carbon, its build quality
and attention to detail is paramount, born out by maximum
power transfer the second you step on the pedals. The
ideal bike for racing or sportives, it can be made to measure
to your specification.
This is our best selling frameset. Selling for £2100 for a
complete custom made frame it hardly makes sense buying an off
the peg model from any other manufacture.
